Sunflower-Humphreys Counties Progress, Inc. works in collaboration with the government and reliable individuals in assisting families in our surrounding communities to improve their quality of life. This program aims to lessen poverty in our community by helping low-income individuals in addressing their needs and ensuring their health and safety. We support individuals and families with electric, natural gas, and propane utility bills.
