Sunflower-Humphreys Counties Progress, Inc. (SHCPI) is a non-profit organization in Indianola, Mississippi supported by the state of Mississippi. The organization was established and incorporated in 1965 as a Community Action Agency with the vision of improved communities in mind. We support local families and community members who are stricken by crises to meet their needs and enhance their quality of life. With the experience and leadership of Mrs. Monica Hope, SHCPI’s CEO, for more than 18 years, our goal of meeting the needs of the families in our community has been made possible.
We at Sunflower-Humphreys Counties Progress, Inc. bring reliable support and assistance to ensure progress in our community. We help individuals combat the war on poverty and discrimination, maladies, and more. We commit ourselves to integrating accessible and necessary resources to serve indigent individuals and families and stabilize their everyday needs.
